Hair by Lani, led by stylist Jahlani Mckinney, provides healthy hair care services and products. We wanted to create a site that reflected her Jahlani’s vibrant personality, showcased her work and made it easy for her clients to book appointments with her.
YIN SOCIETY
Yin Society is a lifestyle brand celebrating the divine feminine energy with premium apparel, candles and skincare services. Our goal with the Yin Society website was to create a calming web experience that shared the message of divine feminine energy and share the products & services in a way that felt very intuitive for the user.
KAREN SPEARS
A portfolio for multidisciplinary designer and artist, Karen Spears who explores possibility & play within her work. Karen’s work spans over the last 8 years, we wanted to create a portfolio site that felt like a story was unfolding and highlighted the evolution of her journey.
BUILDING WEALTH PERIOD
A family owned, woman-led life insurance and planning agency serving individuals and families in more 30+ states. For Building Wealth Period’s target audience, life insurance can sometimes feel like a taboo topic. Our goal with this website was to present the information in an professional, approachable, easy to digest way.
SISTERHOOD HEALS
A book launch website for Sisterhood Heals by Joy Harden Bradford, founder of Therapy for Black Girls. Our goal for the website was to create an engaging environment for users to learn more about the book and tour dates while celebrating the beauty of sisterhood.
TEXTURED WAVES
Textured Waves is an African American all women -led surf collective championing diversity and inclusion in surf line-ups across the globe. Our goal was to create a website that showcased sisterhood, diversity and inclusion. Our approach centered the TW’s two main audiences, women of color looking for an entry point into surfing and brands wanting to partner with the collective.

Miela Fetaw is an award-winning filmmaker, producer, and strategist telling stories that center Black & Brown people. Miela’s work spans across written, visual and audio formats. We wanted to create a portfolio site that was easy to navigate while being infused with heart and soul.

Chassidy Mickale is a master beauty stylist empowering woman through beauty enhancements. Her site features a modeling portfolio and capabilities as a teacher and consultant. We created a website that showcases Chassidy’s multidimensional approach to beauty and glam.
